L.A.C.S.A. Srl, located in Rosta, on the outskirts of Torino, where the most antique and famous leather institute in Italy is situated, has been on the tannery chemicals market since 1976.

L.A.C.S.A. is able to supply over 30 years of specialized experience to customers. Spread over 5000 sqm, there is a modern plant for the production of Syntans, a mixing powder unit, a department for oxidation, sulfitation and sulfatation of natural and synthetic oils and storage area for raw and finished products. In addition to the administration offices, one can find R&D laboratories and quality control which is of great importance for premium production.

L.A.C.S.A.'s specialisation focalises the formulation of fatliquors and a wide range of synthetic auxiliaries studied to reach maximum results with every type of skin. A specific program based on the use of monocyclic oxazolidine together with modified natural tanning extracts allows the possibility to obtain leathers which have the same physical parameters and appearance to those produced with traditional chrome tannage. Melamine and dyciandiammide resins produced by L.A.C.S.A. in a liquid form can be directly batched without previous water dispersion or solution. To complete a full range of specially formulated natural and synthetic fatliquors line, L.A.C.S.A. additionally offers waterproof chemicals at a very affordable price.
